If your low back feels tight, achy, or easily strained, this gentle yoga therapy series is for you. Each session includes 15 minutes of education and discussion, followed by a slow mindful mat practice designed to release tension, build strength, and protect your spine. Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to move safely, prevent future injury, and support your overall well-being.

Please note: This series supports the management and prevention of low back pain and is not for acute conditions (such as herniated discs, recent surgery, or spinal stenosis). If you’re unsure, check with your doctor before joining.
